sweethome is a directory of residential open homes in New Zealand. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes: browsing listings, saving properties, and planning open home visits.

You must not use sweethome to scrape, republish, or redistribute listing data in bulk without our written permission.

You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, or interfere with other users.

You must not use sweethome to post, submit, or distribute content that is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Listing information on sweethome is provided by real estate agencies and individual sellers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all listing details, including times, prices, addresses, and availability, are correct or current.

Open home times can change or be cancelled at short notice. We strongly recommend confirming details directly with the listing agent before travelling to a property.

sweethome is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated listing information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour.

By submitting a listing to sweethome you confirm that you have the authority to list the property and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You grant sweethome a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the listing content (including images and text) on the platform for the duration of the listing.

We reserve the right to decline, remove, or modify submitted listings that do not meet our content standards or that we believe to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

The sweethome brand, logo, design, and original platform content are the intellectual property of sweethome and may not be reproduced without permission.

Listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the listing agent or seller. sweethome holds only a limited licence to display it as described above.

sweethome is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, sweethome is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
